slingshot deisel

does anybody know if you can set up a deisel with recon? the relaunch works almost exactly the same but slingshot doesn't say that it would work as a saftey system. The plain bar doesnt have a very good safety system.

Maybe call ASI in Portland? They deal in both brands so they might be able to tell you. Personally I would stick with the Slingshot bar, I think its a lot cleaner, and the rear line leash system works fine. For more safety, their spinning leash is nice with the QR on the hook, though it is a little bulky.
