This is the extension to make the base 2-bike into a 4-bike rack.

It has a locking pin to lock it to the base rack. The tire clamp down forks lock down, and there's cable locks that come out of the end of the arms for additional visual security.

Perfect working order. It's been great the few times we've used it but the kids have flown and we no longer need it. Retail is $450.
