I'm going to be listing my Wife's 2020 Long Range AWD Model 3 on FB Marketplace this week to sell this coming weekend. Pearl White exterior, black interior, upgraded wheels, immaculate, 29K miles. Window tinting on all side windows and the glass roof & top of the line PPF (Paint Protection Film) installed by Ultimate window tinting in Vancouver. One owner and meticulously cared for, always garaged inside with the battery pack kept at 55%.
The battery pack and powertrain carry an 8 year 100,000 mile warranty, which won't expire until December 2027. (Unless you put another 71,000 miles on it sooner.)
Clean title in hand. No lien. We are the original owners and bought the car from Tesla in December 2019.
Blue book range is $28k - $32k. We're pricing it for fast sale at $24,990.
There is a tax credit on used EVs that will = $4,000 on this car. (The price limit for the credit is $25k, hence the price just under $25k.) This will make your after tax cost $20,990. Yes, less than $21k, that is not a typo.
What's the catch? The incoming administration is almost certain to ax this credit, possibly as soon as next Tuesday.  So, if you ever wanted the best EV sedan on the market, this is your chance to get one for about $7,000 - $8,000 less than the same car is going to cost in probably two weeks.
