iKite is back online today, and Victor has been active for a bit. Temira is still on vacation. For Easterlies, the Troutdale aviation forecast showing above 8 easterly is a good indicator that Rooster Rock, Stevenson and Viento will fire. NOAA is a good resource, but usually is VERY conservative for actual wind on the water. Actual wind for westerlies is mostly 1.5 times the forecast (give or take), Easterlies usually double--but can triple--the forecast.

I'm going to update the forecast section of the forum as soon as I get the whole forum updated.
